CLUB HOURS:
7 am. to 11 pm. (Monday to Friday)
8 am. to 8 pm. (Saturday)
9 am. to 9 pm. (Sunday and Public Holidays)

CAR PARK:
CAWOW members are entitled to 5 hour parking fee  
with the stamp from the next hour 20 Baht/Hour

CHANGING ROOM & LOCKERS:
Each time you visit your club, for your convenience, we provide premium quality
shower gel, shampoo, and in every shower stalls.
Complimentary day lockers are available for your use while you workout 356 for Female 292 for Male.
In the best interest of our members, it is CAWOW's policy that we do not allow the use of
combination locks in our clubs we strongly recommend you bring and use
a strong key padlock. Padlocks can be purchased from the receptionist

EQUIPMENT AND AMENITIES:  
We use Star Trac, Life Fitness, Precor, and Nautilus for Cardios
and selectorized machines. 77 Cardio Pieces, 50 Selectorized Machine Pieces,
Full Equipped for Free Weight


GROUP X STUDIO:  
Have fun to punch! kick! jump! & dance! at Pattaya Club’s
“Group X-ercise” aerobic studio with your friends. Come along and feel the energy.
The Group X Studios can accommodate up to 30 people per class.
Studios are located on the 3nd floor.

CYCLING STUDIO:
Release your energy with extreme biking. Located on the 2nd floor,

WOW YOGA:
A fantastic way for members to experience all types of yoga, from Prana Vidya
and Natya Yoga to various types of meditation classes.

The fastest way to get fit and will get you in the best shape ever.
