Bangkok, January 12, 2010 – California WOW Xperience, the world’s leading fitness centers, has started the New Year by launching the ‘Tiger Crystal Light 6-Pack Challenge 2010’, the ultimate fitness competition.
The unique fitness challenge, supported by Tiger, is just one of many events to support California WOW Xperience’s objective to raise awareness of health and fitness in Thailand. Under the theme of ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’, the competition invites all members to achieve the ultimate body in just three months.
Participants taking part in the competition will enter an intensive fitness regimen and attend fitness workshops led by qualified fitness experts. The final round will see 20 finalists battling it out against each other in the male and female categories for the most votes and top prize.
The winners will be chosen on the basis of overall weight loss and muscle toning and will receive a Bht. 100,000 cash prize plus the chance to be featured in one of Thailand’s top fashion magazines.
The ‘Tiger Crystal Light 6-Pack Challenge’ campaign features ‘Nui’ Kessarin Ektawatkul, a taekwondo champion and Thai superstar, and a sexy model, “Vinnie”, who will share their fitness tips on how to achieve the perfect ‘6 Pack’ at the launch.
At present, it is estimated that less than 1% of the Thai population works out regularly, indicating a huge potential for growth. Based on the popularity of the fitness lifestyle and increasing number of fitness centres in Thailand, the latest initiative by California WOW Xperience supported by Tiger, is expected to draw huge appeal in the New Year.
